Targa Resources Partners fuels its business by producing and processing natural gas. The midstream energy company owns or operates 11,300 miles of natural gas pipeline (and 22 processing plants) with access to onshore and offshore gas reserves in the Permian Basin and the Texas and Louisiana Gulf Coast. Targa Resources Partners also operates natural gas liquids (NGLs) storage and transportation facilities located primarily in the southern and southwestern US. Its 430 customers include large oil and gas companies, utilities, and other industrial users. The company's largest stakeholder is controlled by investment firm Warburg Pincus.
