QLogic keeps its customers on a steady diet of Fibre Channel. The company designs switches, controllers, host bus adapters (HBAs), and management software designed for storage area networks (SANs). In addition to Fibre Channel products, QLogic offers devices based on iSCSI (Internet Small Computer Systems Interface) and InfiniBand technologies. QLogic sells its products directly to server and workstation manufacturers, and through distributors.
