    Sep. 5--A new program aims to get Nebraskans to reduce mercury in landfills by recycling compact fluorescent light bulbs, or CFLs. The Nebraska CFL Recycling Pilot "Another Bright Idea" is a three-month program encouraging residents to drop off burned-out CFLs at Omaha public libraries and Lincoln hardware stores, said Carrie Hakenkamp, executive director of WasteCap Nebraska.
