The Web sites sell brand name baby, toddler, and maternity products, including apparel, bedding, furniture, dolls and toys, and gifts. Its PoshTots.com and Poshliving.com Web sites sell high-end furniture, bedding, and baby gear. Founded in 1997 as Everything But The Baby, the company changed its name to BabyUniverse in 2001 and The Parent Company in early 2008.
