Its pipelines connect directly to the 15 gas-fired power plants of top customer, and majority shareholder, OGE Energy. These plants generate electricity for public utitility Oklahoma Gas and Electric. OGE Energy unit Enogex gathers natural gas using 5,500 miles of pipeline and distributes it over 2,300 miles of transportation pipelines. Its two natural gas storage facilities have a combined capacity of 23 billion cubic feet. OGE Energy controls about 64% of the company.
