Aug. 21--Nearly three years after it opened, Simply Entree will close by Aug. 29 in the Holmen Square mall in Holmen, Wis. Eimermann and his wife, Sheri, started the business in September 2005 as a place where customers could assemble their own entrees with Simply Entree ingredients, and take them home. "We were evolving the business model to make it more convenient," Eimermann said.
