HFF (also known as Holliday Fenoglio Fowler) is keeping it real as one of the nation's largest companies providing capital markets services related to commercial real estate. With nearly 20 offices across the country, HFF helps clients find lenders for their commercial mortgage needs (including Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac), select joint venture capital partners, and find buyers for their commercial properties. Capital markets services include debt placement, investment sales, and commercial loan servicing; its biggest capital services market is Texas, about one-quarter of its revenues. Annually, HFF advises on more than $43 billion of completed commercial real estate transactions. HFF went public in 2007.
