Mexico's OMA reports October passenger traffic down 12.4% [Airline Industry Information](09 Nov 2009 09:51:00 EST)Mexican airport operator Grupo Aeroportuario del Centro Norte, S.A.B. de C.V. said on Monday that terminal passenger traffic at its 13 airports fell by 12.4% in October 2009. Domestic traffic decreased by 11.6% compared to October 2008, while international traffic was 17.0% lower year-on-year. Of the total traffic volume, 97.5% was commercial aviation and 2.5% was general aviation.
