Eagle Test Systems makes automated test equipment (ATE) systems used to test analog, mixed-signal (analog with digital), and radio-frequency (RF) semiconductor devices as they are being manufactured. Customers include Infineon Technologies, International Rectifier, Intersil, National Semiconductor, and Texas Instruments (around 31% of sales).
