De Dietrich Company Description
De Dietrich can trace its origins back more than 300 years, but it has forged its way into the 21st century through the production of heating equipment and glass-lined containers. The company's heating group makes floor-standing boilers, electric water heaters, and wall-mounted boilers. Its chemical process equipment segment makes glass-lined steel equipment such as heat exchangers, storage tanks, and columns; it also manufactures filters and equipment for the design and engineering of pilot plants. De Dietrich is majority owned by the Dutch bank ABN AMRO, though the founding de Dietrich family still owns 29% of the company.
