The Unified Courts of Guam, an unincorporated territory of the US, consist of a Supreme Court and Superior Court. A chief justice and two associate justices sit on the Supreme Court while a presiding judge, six judges, and an administrative hearing officer make up the Superior Court. Created in 1996, the Guam Supreme Court oversees the court system and hears appeals from the Superior Court.
