Standard Pacific's foundation is built on single-family homes. The company, one of the US's top 20 builders, currently builds homes in 16 markets in California and Florida (which combined generate nearly half of its sales), Arizona, the Carolinas, Colorado, Nevada, and Texas. Homes typically range in size from 1,500 to more than 3,500 sq. ft. and are priced from $100,000 to more than $2 million. Standard Pacific also builds condominiums, buys and develops land tracts (both alone and through joint ventures), and offers mortgage loans in all of its markets and title services in Texas and Florida.
