Oncologix Tech (formerly BestNet Communications) has changed gears. The company, which had developed a system using the Internet and text messaging networks to manage voice communications over public phone networks, merged with JDA Medical Technologies and sold off most of its telephone business assets to Interactive Media Technologies.
