Mack-Cali Realty is a self-administered real estate investment trust (REIT) that owns or partially owns, develops, leases, and manages office and industrial buildings, primarily in the Northeast. Its portfolio consists primarily of Class A office and office/flex buildings but also industrial properties, warehouses, retail properties, hotels, and developable land. Mack-Cali Realty's holdings include nearly 300 properties totaling about some 34 million sq. ft., heavily concentrated in the suburban markets of New Jersey, New York, and Pennsylvania.
