One of Kentucky's oldest and largest distilling operations, Heaven Hill Distilleries makes Evan Williams Bourbon as well as super-premium bourbons under the brand names Elijah Craig and Henry McKenna. The company bought the Christian Brothers brandy and Old Fitzgerald bourbon brands in 1999. The company also distributes a variety of other spirits, including the aperitif Dubonnet.
