Paradise doesn't come cheap and the Guam Department of Revenue and Taxation (Rev Tax) makes sure the bills get paid. To that end, its five divisions covers a lot of ground: property tax assessment and collection; personal and business income tax collection, examination, and criminal investigation; individual and business motor vehicle registration; and drivers license examination and regulation of banking, insurance, real estate, securities trading, and other industries. The agency also provides tax payer services such as education programs and assistance with filing, and it works to help businesses understand and comply with industry regulations.
