The hospital provides inpatient medical, surgical, and behavioral health care, as well as ambulatory surgery, diagnostic imaging, and other outpatient services. Specialties include cardiology, oncology, neurology, orthopedics, and women's and children's care. Additionally, Gadsden Regional offers home health care and hospice services and runs a retail home medical equipment store. The health system is part of the Triad Hospitals group, which was acquired by Community Health Systems in 2007.
