EFG - Hermes provides investment banking, asset management, private equity, research, and securities brokerage services for individual, corporate, institutional, and government clients (primarily from the Middle East but also from North Africa, Europe, and the US). Its asset management arm includes region pension and offshore funds. The company operates more than a dozen offices in Egypt, Lebanon, the United Arab Emirates, and Saudi Arabia. EFT - Hermes owns about 30% of Lebanese bank and market maker Banque Audi, making it that company's largest shareholder.
