CWA knows how to get its message across. Communications Workers of America is a labor union representing more than 700,000 employees in the communications and media industries. Members work in a variety of sectors including telecommunications, journalism, publishing, manufacturing, and customer service. With about 1,200 locals across the US, Canada, and Puerto Rico, CWA is one of the most geographically diverse unions. It holds more than 2,000 collective bargaining agreements guaranteeing wages, benefits, and good working conditions for members.
