The company is the exclusive distributor for Bali Shag, McClintock, Premier, and Rave smoking tobaccos. Founded in 1991 with six brands it bought from Brown & Williamson (now part of Reynolds American ), the company has eschewed advertising, instead counting on discount pricing for its success.
