Bay State Milling calls the Bay State home. (That's Massachusetts, for those of us who will never qualify as contestants on Jeopardy.) But the company makes its products in five other states -- Arizona, Colorado, Florida, Colorado, New Jersey, and North Carolina. That's where Bay States has its flour mills, one in each of the five states. The company produces rye, durum, and whole wheat flours. It supplies US wholesale and retail bakers, in-store bakeries, food manufacturers, and bakery and foodservice distributors with a variety of flour products, including flours, mixes, bases, and concentrates.
