The carrier operates a fleet of Boeing 737, 747, and 767 aircraft. The government of Fiji owns 51% of the airline. Australian airline Qantas Airways owns about 46% but has said it plans to sell its stake. The remainder is owned by Air New Zealand and the governments of Kiribati, Tonga, Samoa, and Nauru.
