ACL Semiconductors works to keep memory chips in heavy circulation. The company distributes memory chips in China and Hong Kong. It specializes in memory made by Samsung Electronics, which accounts for about 80% of ACL's sales. ACL took its current form and name in 2003 after Print Data Corporation acquired Atlantic Components Limited. This first ACL had been founded in 1991; the private company completed its transaction with Print Data to gain a stock market listing in the US.
