Marathon Partners Agrees To Dismiss Litigation

AUSTIN, TEXAS, February 11, 2003 - Hoover's, Inc. (NASDAQ: HOOV) announced today that it will convene, but immediately adjourn, its Special Meeting of Stockholders scheduled for February 14, 2003. The meeting will be reconvened at 8:30 a.m. on March 3, 2003, at Hoover's principal offices in Austin, Texas.

Hoover's also said Marathon Partners has agreed to dismiss its pending lawsuit against the Company and its directors.
