[Globes, Tel Aviv, Israel](15 Nov 2009 17:01:00 EST)Nov. 15--VoIP equipment maker AudioCodes Ltd. is substantially improving its debt structure. In a notice to the US Securities and Exchange Commission, AudioCodes said that Soros's stake in the company is now zero. In November 2004, AudioCodes, run by chairman, president and CEO Shabtai Edelsberg, raised $125 million in an issue of convertible bonds.

AudioCodes posted $32.1 million revenue for the third quarter, down from $46.6 million for the corresponding quarter of 2008, but higher than the $30.4 million for the second quarter.
