Anheuser-Busch Companies (A-B) wants to be the life of every party, whether with its beer or its theme parks. One of the world's largest brewers, the company is best known for Budweiser and Bud Light, as well as such labels as Busch and Michelob. Its beers lead the US with a market share of some 48%. A-B also owns a 50% stake in Mexico's top brewer, GRUPO MODLEO, maker of Corona and Negra Modelo. In addition to beer, Anheuser-Busch produces energy drinks and non-alcoholic malt beverages. The company has several operations outside of brewing as well, including its Busch Entertainment theme-park business. In 2008 A-B agreed to be taken over by Belgium brewer, InBev.
