    19 November 2009 - Swiss biopharmaceutical company Actelion Ltd said today that the US Food and Drug Administration accepted a supplemental new drug application for an extension of indication for Zavesca for the treatment of progressive neurological manifestations in adult and pediatric patients with Niemann-Pick type C disease.
