    11 November 2009 - US-based regenerative medicine company Aastrom Biosciences Inc said yesterday it will start its second Phase II clinical trial for the treatment of dilated cardiomyopathy after a positive 30-day review of the company's Investigational New Drug submission by the US Food & Drug Administration.
