    VANCOUVER _ A&W Revenue Royalties Income Fund, says it will pay a special distribution to unitholders of 10 cents a trust unit on Nov. 30. The fund gets royalties from A&W Food Services of Canada Inc. of about three per cent of the sales of 685 A&W restaurants that operate across Canada. A&W is the second largest quick-service hamburger restaurant chain in the country.
